All evaluations are provided without obligation. Customers are not required to accept any offer made.

5. Payments

Payment is made immediately upon acceptance of an offer. Cash payments are made up to R2000. Amounts exceeding R2000 will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Payment methods may be subject to change based on legal or regulatory requirements.

6. Ownership of Goods

By selling items to Mrs. Gold, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the items and have the full right to sell them. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction if ownership is unclear or suspected to be unlawful.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Mrs. Gold reserves the right to refuse service or decline any transaction at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, stolen goods or non-compliance with legal requirements.

8. Pricing and Market Fluctuations

All offers are based on current market prices at the time of evaluation. Prices may change without notice due to market fluctuations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mrs. Gold is not liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.

10. Privacy

Customer information is handled with care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected during transactions is used solely for compliance and record-keeping purposes.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website.

In accordance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), all customers are required to provide valid identification when conducting transactions.

Acceptable forms of identification may include:

  • Valid passport (for foreign nationals)

We may also request additional information where required, including proof of address or supporting documentation.

Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in the transaction being declined.
